Extracted from Hydro alcoholic extraction of mango (Mangifera indica) leaves.
Mangiferin treatment significantly lowered plasma glucose and triglyceride (TG) levels in mice. It enhanced pancreatic β cell mass and amount of glucose and insulin uptake along with increased the phosphorylation of AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) in n3 T3-L1 cells. It also activated the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) phosphorylation of AMPK and activated along its downstream target, acetyl - CoA carboxylase (ACC) in the liver, hypothalamus, muscle and adipose tissue.
Sensitivity of insulin improved, lipid profile modulated and adipokine levels reverted
Mangiferin(1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthon e-C2-β-D-glucoside) is a bioactive ingredient, with potent antioxidant activity and multifactorial pharmacological effects, including antidiabetic, antitumor, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, effects.
Glucose amount and pancreatic beta cell mass enhanced AMPK and the activation of AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) phosphorylation.
Extracted and purified from banaba (Lagerstroemia speciosa) Leaf extract
Corosolic acid has numerous biological properties, including antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and protein kinase C inhibition activity.
Corosolic acid may improve the insulin pathway. The action of insulin is mediated by tyrosine phosphorylation and initiated by the binding of insulin to the insulin receptor.
Mangiferin(1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthon e-C2-β-D-glucoside) is a bioactive ingredient, with potent antioxidant activity and multifactorial pharmacological effects, including antidiabetic, antitumor, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, effects.
Corosolic Acid exhibits properties that are benefificial in addressing various factors involved in glucose regulation and metabolism, including the enhanced cellular uptake of glucose, improved insulin sensitivity, decreased gluconeogenesis, and inhibited intestinal hydrolysis of sucrose, thereby lowering blood glucose levels certain nonreceptor protein tyrosine phosphatases.
Berberine is a yellow, naturally benzylisoquinoline alkaloid which is extracted from Berberis aristate roots.
According to data published so far, berberine can possibly modulate glucose metabolism through different mechanisms and signal pathways.
In human cultured preadipocytes, berberine enhanced insulin sensitivity by inhibiting fat accumulation and modulating adipokine secretion.
Berberine promoted insulin secretion and protected pancreatic islet cell via antioxidant activity in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) and late stage of T2DM characterized by damaged islet function
Karela extract (Momordica charantia) extract having anti-oxidant, antidiabetic properties.
Bitter guard (karela) extract molecules delay the digestion and absorption of food because of the inhibitory activity in α- amylase, pancreatic lipase, and α-glucosidase.
Karela extract can stimulate insulin secretion from the endocrine pancreas and elicit glucose uptake in the liver
Jamum (Syzygium cumini) Seed extract having the antidiabetic properties.
Active present in Jamun Extract are Gallic Acid, Catechin, Ellagic, Ferulic and quercetin that helps to control blood sugar.
It is having alpha Amylase inhibitory properties so that the starch is not breakdown in their small molecule and that maintain the blood sugar level maintain.
Moringa Extract (Drumstick) is derived from the leaves of moringa oleifera.
Moringa leaves have Quercetin which is an antioxidant that helps to lower blood pressure and another antioxidant is Chlorogenic acid which stabilizes blood sugar levels.
The Chlorogenic acid found in moringa may help the body process sugar better and affect insulin too.
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) having anti diabetes properties by having the high contains of fibbers.
The seeds contain fiber and other chemicals that may slow digestion and the body's absorption of carbohydrates and sugar.
The seeds may also help improve how the body uses sugar and increases the amount of insulin released.
